1.Visa Support: if necessary (all the expenses are covered bythe Organizer).

2.Transport.

• Auto transport: ensuring the dancers' arrival from the airport (or railway station) to the hotel, and after from the hotel back to the airport (railway station). During the tour - from the hotel to the site of performance and back to the hotel.Organizers provide with the transport or cover taxi fares.
• Railway transport: the entire compartments for dancers only). If the group has to move by train during the tour, the staff should be guaranteed to have accommodation in one carriage . Tickets - to be given within 5 days before the touring journey at the latest.

 3. Accommodation:

 A comfortable hotel ( not less than 3 stars)- two -or three- person hotel rooms. Hot water supply is obligatory. All the dancing staff live at the same hotel.

 4. Concert stage:

•  Not less than 5 meters wide, 4 meters deep and 3 meters high ( the parameters for the minimum amount of dancers on the stage).
• Performances on the sand ,grass, wet stage, slippery grounds or rough wooden ground are out or questions.
• MD or CD player.
• one microphone for the performer + a possibility for a radio-microphone adjustment (in case of tap-dance)
• Pyrotechnic equipment, lights and smoke possibly be used during the show.
• A spacious dressing room ( key-locked) near the concert stage. It should have: mirrors, a table , chairs, mineral water without gas, juice, tea, coffee , sandwiches, pegs for costumes, napkins, single- use towels, an ironing board, an iron.

 5. Catering

 Substantial catering - right after the arrival, 3 times a day -further on.

 6. Security

Safely of the dancers should be guarantied during the tour. Photo- and video shooting is -forbidden.

 7. Medical Care.

 Dancers should be immediately given medical treatment in case of necessity.

 Nota Bene!

You are strongly requested to compile and send your plan of reviving the artistes to the Light Dance Company Art-Manager beforehand. It is necessary for better accordance of our mutual actions and for avoiding any possible misunderstanding when organizing a tour.
