Rider

Dear organizers!
You are suggested reading the Rider which includes all the demands concerning organizing and conducting the Light Dance Company performances in your city (town).

Transport

• your mini-bus or 100% fare of travelling expenses,
• train - a compartment carriage, transfer of the Light Dance Company by mini-bus to the hotel or site of the performance.

 Meeting and Accomodating the Light Dance Company on the Territory of Ukraine.

• Dancers are met by the organizer's authorized representative who is responsible for organizing further activity with the Light Dance Company
• The Organizer is obliged to provide accomodation for the Dancing Group in case of performing in the evening, or at night.
• Accomodating is carried out right after the arrival.
• The lowest hotel standard possible is of 3 stars.
• The number of hotel rooms -to be discussed;
• One-, two- or three person hotel rooms, neighbouring (it possible) hot water supply is obligatory;
• Catering: substantial catering right after the arrival 3 times a day -further on;
• The ballets arrival to the site of performance, should occur two hours before the beginning; ballet's rehearsal

 Necessary Things Available in the Dressing Room

• one spacious dressing room near the stage should be of the disposal of the staff;
• good illumination, a mirror, a chair for each dancer, a table.
• an ironing board and an iron (outside Rivne)
• mineral water without gas ,juice, tea,coffee, sandwiches, napkins, pegs for costumes.

 Technical Rider

• a concert stage: not less than 5 metres long, 4 metres deep , 3 metres wide
• performances on the sand, grass, wet stage, asphalt slippery grounds or rough wooden ground are out of question
• MD or CD player;
• standard scenic lights (some performances demand additional light adjustment)
• pyrotechnic supply is to be discussed

 Advertisement (on tour)

Any advertising activity connected with the immediate ballet performance should be agreed on with the Light Dance Company art-manager.

 Honorarium

• to be discussed in every ease separately (confidentially with the Light Dance Art Manager)
• 50% Prepayment within 5-7 days before the performance
• the rest of the honorarium is to be paid on the stage ground directly before the performance

All the points of the given rider are to be discussed and confirmed beforehand by the Light Danes Company Art Manager and the Organiser at a personal meeting and signing the agreement or by telephone (as agreed). Each point of the rider can be revised to he possibly excluded or added. We hope for creative, prolific and mutually beneficial co-operation.
