The national ensemble of modern dancing, "Light Dance Company" has originated from the Modern Choreography School (MCS) of Rivne City Children and Youth Palace (RCCÓÐ), which has existed for already 15 years. Natalia Storozhuk the Dance Company stage-manager, is a ballet master and the leader of Modern Choreography School as well as Model Educator of Ukraine. The first professional dance company of Western Ukraine works in the direction of modern choreographic art and consists of 15 talented performers (8 girls and 7 boys) who are the first alumni of MCS RCCÓÐ.

The Light Dance Company repertoire embraces more than 50 original ballet-master performances, staged by Natalia Storozhuk, Olena Dodchuk and Olena Korotiejeva. Concert items of the Light Danñå Company have been created in various trends of modern choreographic art, such as: jazz-modern, afrojazz, fank-jazz, contemporary, modern dance , street-jazz, acrobatic dance, tap dance.
